PrepTrain Coins are a virtual currency used within the PrepTrain platform. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. PrepTrain Coins can be earned through referrals, completing activities, or admin grants, and can be used to purchase digital products in our store.

8. Purchases and Payments

Digital products can be purchased using PrepTrain Coins or through Razorpay payment gateway. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

9. Referral Program

Our referral program allows users to earn PrepTrain Coins by referring new users to the platform. Referral rewards are granted automatically upon successful sign-up. PrepTrain reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from: (a) attempting to manipulate the referral or PrepTrain Coins system, (b) sharing account credentials, (c) posting inappropriate or offensive content, (d) attempting to hack or compromise the platform, (e) violating any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Shipping Policy

PrepTrain offers digital products and services only. There is no physical shipping involved. All purchased products are delivered electronically through:

  • Instant digital download links available in your dashboard after purchase
  • Access to online courses and resources through your account
  • Email notifications with access instructions

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery times, or tracking information. Products are typically available immediately after successful payment confirmation.

15. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before payment is processed or product access is granted
  • Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellation is no longer available

Refund Policy:

  • Cash Purchases: Refunds may be issued if the product is defective, inaccessible, or significantly not as described. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • PrepTrain Coins Purchases: PrepTrain Coins are non-refundable. However, in case of technical issues or product defects, PrepTrain Coins may be restored to your account at our discretion.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you did not read the product description carefully.

  2. Include your registered email, order ID, and reason for refund
  3. Provide screenshots or evidence if claiming product defect
